Notes de l'éditeur
HR and hiring technology generally follows consumer trends 18-36 months after the fact. From this graph you can see that social media adoption has slown but experienced social media users are digging deeper and becoming more involved in their social media use. Candidates increasingly use social media for consumer and product suggestions, referrals and sources of information and news. What about the job search too?
A SWOT analysis is key in this instance. First, you must have an understanding about where as an organization you are spending money, current strategies being used and what is working or not working to engage your audience as it stands today. A SWOT analysis looks at evaluating your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats when it comes to competitors and other companies that you are loosing talent to or could potentially lose your best workers.
