Coordinated IPSA’s investor campaign, helped sell company. Company exploring opportunities for additional
investment, or sale. Working under strict confidentiality with the primary owner, wrote prospectus, gathered information,
met with suitors. Packaged information for due diligence. Key contact for attorneys, accountants and due diligence team.
Developed specialized response to RFP for Continental, helped win $1M annual revenue. Major customer
consolidating subsidiary business. Bank had half of business worth $600k annually, but not parent account. Led staff
through development of highly customized proposal. Efforts helped capture more business, worth over $400K in revenue.
Improved IPSA payables procedures, eliminated confusion, improved subcontractor relations. Subcontractors were
first paid after customer paid – resulting in confusion and incorrect record keeping by subs. Led team in development of
standards and procedures for new ‘Reverse Statement’ process. Directed subcontractors education efforts.
Accelerated communications for NIPSCO, increased awareness of management concerns. Needed to communicate
key issues from annual three day management conference to all employees. Developed concept and led production for
duration of conference. Directed staff in development, production and distribution of daily editions to 6,000 employees.
Rescued floundering course revision for IREM, completed and delivered courses on time. Two and a half years into
a three year project to rewrite seven existing 5 day courses into 24 one and two day offerings, only one offering completed
and three partially finished, but offerings on calendar. Assumed lead and reassigned staff to specific skill-based roles.
Hired freelancers for some writing and graphic production, spearheaded overtime efforts, completed all courses on time.
Built successful team from ‘leftovers’ at Continental, grew business. Graphics operation split to form a specialized
service center at new facility. Remainder of department expected to close. Assumed leadership of remaining staff. Led
redevelopment, grew business faster than specialized center, providing valuable presentation services to the bank.
Led development of proprietary computer software to manage IPSA service reporting, improved operations.
Assumed responsibility for development of custom services tracking software when hired by IPSA. Set standards,
