What is Employee Engagement?
 There is no one acceptable definition of employee engagement.
 There are many contributors to the existence and improvement of
the construct of employee engagement.
 Employee engagement was referred to in some management text
as employee satisfaction, employee happiness, morale, employee
experience, etc.
 Holistically, they all have one big root - employee retention.
