The major problems to be
addressed are laid out. In the
first brief we get an tentative
idea of how much time will be
taken by the app/ the website.
For about 15 days
or so the app is
tested and refined
for release in the
iOS and Android
market and then
released.
Initial bones of the application. Here
we finalize the structure and frame-
works of the application. It can take
one to one and a half months. After
this the design is finalized. The color
schemes, the content, admin panel
etc. everything is decided upon.

The Development Phase starts with the
back-end structuring, i.e. database

Uber after having been around for ~ 3 years in India
started facing the problem of having too many reg-
istered drivers without cars on their platform and
various partners without any drivers to drive their
cars. They wanted a solution where their partners
could connect with potential drivers to be hired and
vice versa. This is to be used as an internal applica-
tion / tool. The solution they required is an easy to
use solution to connect the two parties with Uber
maintaining the backend. We thus created an app
for them called Uber Match.

model as the technology team. We have developed

political news. An easy to use intercafe for quick
reading and accesibility. The Digest Lite is a lighter

source and you can read th entire news. The first
version of the app was built as a native app while
the newer one is being built as a hybrid one on
AngularJS and Phonegap.

WiFi Cafe is our in-house product to discover cafes
with wifi for executives and people who want to
work from cafes. Built on Native Android, the app's

with the App Cop team to create their wireframes,

The first edition of a

We managed the social media outreach effort for
NDM on Twitter and Facebook. The focus was on
driving awareness about the event, building the
brand (given this would be a yearly event), and
getting registrations across categories for the event.
The organisers also wanted to specifically highlight
certain aspects of the marathon - inclusiveness
(participation of physically challenged people, etc.),

Cosset was born out of the

Cosset is about making life

The idea was to launch the app with an exclusive

October for a fee of INR 999 with a guaranteed
delivery on launch date.
We helped push this campaign out with just a day
to get things in place, across social media
platforms, Google adwords, and mobile app
