Case Study
I began with Jaybro in November 2007, following the completion of my schooling and
studies. I started with a 3 month training program that gave me a very good understanding
of all areas of the business including: warehouse, manufacturing, printing, finance &
accounts, then finally sales.
After my training program I started in the customer service team which included answering
phones, taking orders, resolving customer inquiries. In mid 2008 I moved into the role of
Business Development Manager (BDM) QLD. Jaybro was new to the QLD market therefore
this role presented many challenges and opportunities. In April 2010, following the
resignation of our BDM NSW in Sydney, I moved into this role. This was very challenging
due to the size and maturity of the NSW market.
In January 2012, Jaybro again expanded its borders and moved into other states and
other product divisions. With a restructure of the sales team I was then appointed as the
National Sales Manager. I now have a team of 15 sales staff including Customer Service
Staff, BDM’s, Sales Assistants and Product Managers.
In all my time at Jaybro I have been strongly supported by management and the team
around me. This has included many training programs including TAFE courses and external
leadership and sales sessions. We have a very strong team and growth culture. Definitely
the right place for those that want to grow in a vibrant and positive workplace environment.

Jaybro was established in 1995 and has grown rapidly ever since. The business is still

At Jaybro, we are looking to compliment our
existing team of support, technical and managerial
staff with fresh new talent. We need people whose

All our graduates will participate in a 24 - 36 month
rotation program within the business which will
encourage creativity, continuous improvement,

This 24 - 36 month rotation program will deliver
