Editor's Notes

  1. FERC Pre-filing Process - Initial letters to elected officials, initial agency contact, initial survey permission will commence in spring 2010; open houses will commence in fall 2010. Early involvement with stakeholders - In the Fall of 2010, TGP will host open houses. - TGP plans to also interact early with State to insure good coordination/communications during process. Various state permits / approvals required -Consult with agencies -Coordinate survey/construction efforts with impacts (i.e. time of year windows, crossing methods)
