10. Current Status
• NTP- has not been issued
• MA WQC- not issued (1 year review period ends July 17)
• CT WQC - not issued (DWM consultations ongoing)
• NY WQC- issued 2/9/2016
• NY ACOE- expected anyday
• NE ACOE- awaiting CT/MA 401, FWS DWM BO, Section 106 in MA
• Article 97- May 9th condemnation proceedings concluded; favorable
ruling stayed until July 29th
FERC Pre-filing Process
- Initial letters to elected officials, initial agency contact, initial survey permission will commence in spring 2010; open houses will commence in fall 2010.
Early involvement with stakeholders
- In the Fall of 2010, TGP will host open houses.
- TGP plans to also interact early with State to insure good coordination/communications during process.
Various state permits / approvals required
