you knew his efforts and follow through was very
much so appreciated and Delaware is lucky to

I just wanted to provide some feedback about Brian who I recently
worked with on a closing for one of our borrowers Joyce Rigo. I would
definitely say it was a pleasure working with him. We had some slight
difficulties with multiple last minute changes from the borrower but
Brian remained focus and kept the customers goals in mind and worked
diligently to get her closed in an efficient time while providing superb
customer serviced. If it hadn’t been for some delays through a third
party Brian would have had the customer closed in less than 20 days. I
am sure this is not the first time you have heard this feedback as you get

Hello Mr. Brady,
My wife and I just completed a refi of our primary residence (switching from
a Capital One variable rate to a fixed rate mortgage) and I wanted to tell you
how pleased I am with the service and support extended to us by Brian
Stafford and your team.
I had looked into refinancing with several other banks (BofA, Quicken), but
even though we are a high-income and net worth couple with credit scores
over 800, it was an awful experience. Their rates and closing costs were
high and the documentation requests were trivial and intrusive.
Brian promptly answered all of my questions and “went to bat” for me with
the underwriter to smooth out some minor issues. John Connolly was also
very helpful, the appraiser did a very professional job, and the closing
notary agent was efficient and personable.
All in all, it was a relatively painless experience even though my financials
were a little complicated because I own a business and several real estate
properties. But I can tell you without any reservation that Brian made it
happen and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and
family.
