HealthCheck360° offers a variety of onsite screening solutions to make the biometric
screening process simple and convenient for employers and employees alike. These
screening sessions include large and small group onsite screenings and at-home screenings
for individuals unable to attend onsite group events. Each participant receives the same
experience,regardless of location,removing the doubt caused by different screening

2.Proprietary Objective Scoring System
Each participant receives an objective HealthCheck360° score on a straightforward 0-100
scale. The score is based solely on biometric information and is equally balanced among
all major risk levels. Our score was developed and reviewed by physicians and is reported
in an easy to read report created for participants to understand and take action on their
health. Our internal studies and empirical research demonstrate that this model provides
