EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Customer Service Engineer (January 2000 - Prescent)
I was responsible for the coaching and Customer Service Engineers and new recruits,
delivering first line support, Identifying training gaps and putting coaching plans in place.
I developed good strong relationships with the team gaining their trust and dedication
required in providing an excellent service to our customers and the company.
I started as a multi skilled as a member of the service and networks team, I was
responsible for the delivery of the provision and repair of PSTN (public switched
Telephone Network) and digital lines. Being Multi Skilled empowered me to carry out my
role in front of customers proficiently and effectively.
During this period I covered the role of FieldCoach and also worked in the Field
performance office which tested my organisation skills along with general office
management techniques.
Also trained as SFI and Broadband Boost trained, which I brought down the level repeat
reports on faults.
Then went on to deliver FTTC Fiba Broadband . And I am now part of the NO&Tv Team
Delivering high standards of customer service, dealing with customer issues,
meeting with clients on a daily basis. Working to meet team targets, helping and
supporting other team members.
