Mentoring Service
The Mentoring Service is aimed at existing BGH clients who have accessed one of the previous services.
We have over 200 vetted mentors with a wealth of knowledge and experience from a wide range of
sectors and who have different specialisms.
Mentors range from CEO, Directors to Entrepreneurs.
Clients can access a fully funded mentor for 6-8 hours or 4 sessions – a lot of the time this relationship
can continue longer.
All our mentors, mentor for us on a purely voluntary basis and give up their time to give back and share
their knowledge.
Mentees must be a decision maker in the business and operate at a senior level. It is an opportunity to
develop new skills & gain access to independent and objective perspectives.

Mentoring focuses on the individual rather then the business and is designed to
help people develop personally and professionally. A mentor can act as a
sounding board to help address business challenges, as well as sharing their
