Employees are able to gain access to much higher
liability limits than may be found in the open market
and are able to do so at a group discounted rate. In
some cases, premiums for individuals are as much as
50% less in a group program than with an individual
umbrella liability policy.
Group programs offer liability limits from
$1,000,000 to $50,000,000 with flexibility to
customize each program. Because of their success,
senior level executives need high liability limits
as they can often be the target of lawsuits. While
within the same organization, not everyone may
need those high limits, so each plan can be
customized to fit individual limits and optional
coverages.
