Smoothing Treatment
Olio di Morocco SMOOTH Smoothing Treatment is
specially formulated with a combination of Alpha
Hydroxy Acid which smoothes the cuticle of each hair
fiber. Amino Acid better known as carbocysteine
which softens the bonds of the hair. Carboxylic Acid a
Vegetable Protein that strengthens the hair while
SMOOTH is processing at a PH level of 1-2.
This system is infused with Keratin Protein and Fish
Collagen and has NO FORMALDEHYDE which means
it’s healthier for you, your hair and the environment.

4. Olio di Morocco
Smoothing Treatment
This combination of acids will soften the hair structure changing
the molecular structure without breaking the bonds. This
compounds work together to penetrate and reconstruct each
individual hair fiber. After heat infusion via flatiron at a low
temperature range minimum of (300 F – 450F) the effects of
treatment take hold immediately. The SMOOTH treatment slightly
weakens the disulfide bonds and allows the interconversion of the
cysteine bonds of the hair fibers to relax.
Our Olio di Morocco SMOOTH Smoothing System has been
designed for all hair types. The Argan Oil within all our products
will not leave the hair limp or lifeless, in fact, just the opposite.

5. Procedure & Directions
Please follow the directions to get optimal
results! If you have any questions feel free to
contact us and refer back to printed materials
and our website!

6. Step 1
Shampoo hair with Olio di Morocco
Clarifying Shampoo (6.5-7.5pH)
3 times to open cuticle.

7. Step 2
Towel dry. Blow dry hair 80% leaving 20%
dampness for manageability and deeper
penetration of Olio di Morocco Smooth
Smoothing Treatment.

8. Step 3
Divide hair into four equal sections.

9. Step 4
Shake bottle well. Pour 1/2oz or less of Smoothing
Treatment into applicator bowl. Using gloves and
applicator brush, apply Smoothing Treatment starting
from the nape area taking one half inch sections. Do
not apply directly onto scalp, work product through
the ends with your fingers first. Comb through from
root to end. Complete entire head.

10. Step 5
Comb hair perfectly straight and keep hair straight for the duration of
the processing time. Allow Smoothing Treatment to process for 15-60
minutes depending on the hairs texture, porosity and density; take
into account if the hair is chemically treated or virgin.
• Damaged or ultra sensitive hair requires less processing time.
• Stronger hair requires longer processing time, up to 60 minutes.
• Do not leave Smoothing Treatment on beyond 30 minutes on
damaged, or extremely sensitive hair.

11. Step 6
Rinse off Smoothing Treatment thoroughly with
lukewarm water and shampoo hair with Olio di
Morocco Shampoo and towel dry. If the hair is
tangled apply Olio di Morocco Conditioner,
rinse well with lukewarm water and towel dry.

12. Step 7
Spray Olio di Morocco Retaining Spray
evenly throughout entire head, comb
through and blow dry 100% with paddle
brush, straightening hair as much as
possible.

13. Step 8
Step 8
Divide hair into four equal sections. Starting at
nape area take ¼ inch sections and flat iron,
utilizing (300F – 400F) for fine, bleached, or
highly sensitive hair. Use 450F for medium,
coarse, highly resistant and virgin hair. Flat iron
each section 3-5 times.

14. Step 9
Lightly mists the hair with
Lucia Ultra Fine Shine
Spray and brush through
hair for intense shine.

15. At Home Care
In order to maintain your clients Olio di
Morocco Smoothing Treatment, their after
treatment products are Olio di Morocco
Shampoo, Conditioner and Retaining Spray.
For more intense shine Lucia Ultra Fine Shine
Spray is highly recommended!

16. FYI
Stylist can perform all color services
immediately after Olio di Morocco Smooth
Smoothing Treatment. Client can be free to do
whatever form of styling they desire, there are
no restrictions.
No Rules, Just Maintenance!!
Note: All are products are Sodium Chloride,
Sulfates and Parabens Free, plus they all contain
Keratin, Collagen and Argan Oil.

Keratin Treatment with Collagen and Argan Oil
Intense conditioning treatment.
Hair will always be soft and elastic, never brittle.
Lasts 2-4 months
Domani is the strongest of the treatments and will
relax the curl. Also Domani is rinsed out the same
day as it is applied, eliminating the 4 day waiting
period of the other treatments.
Application time: 2 hours
Formaldehyde %: 2.9%
Post Treatment: Rinse out after 1 hour. Shampoo
after 24 hours.
Results: Smoothes, Shines, Softens, Eliminates Frizz,
Instant Manageability.

19. Express Domani
“Stepping Stone” for the clients that want experience the
Smoothing Treatment, in faster time and spending less money.
Last: 1 month
Steps: *Mix Domani and Argan Oil Hair Mask. 50/50, 75/25, 25/75.
*Clarify hair twice with Olio Clarifying Shampoo. *Rinse well and
towel dry. *Apply mixture and brush through hair. *Place under
dryer for 15min. *Rinse well and continue with service.

Keratin Treatment with Collagen
A spray in Keratin Treatment with
Collagen, Soy Protein and Argan Oil.
Shampoo after 24 hours. Lasts 2
months.
Steps: Clarify hair, blow dry 100%.
Section hair and spray on Spruzzi,
blow dry 100%. Seal and infuse
with 450F flat iron (if desired).
Two formulas available:
*Spruzzi – 1.8% formaldehyde
*Spruzzi Zero – 0% formaldehyde

Detoxing formula designed to eliminate
chemical build up that accumulates on the hair.
This shampoo is the first step in the Smoothing
Treatment. It can also be used as a monthly
clarifier to help support clean healthy hair.
Directions:
Apply a small amount to thoroughly wet hair.
Massage gently into hair and scalp working up a
generous lather. Rinse well with warm water.

di Morocco Smoothing Treatment.

A formula designed to work as a gentle cleansing
shampoo. It is infused with Argan Oil, Pro Vitamin
B5, Keratin and Collagen. It replenishes moisture,
adds shine and allows the hair to restores its natural
volume by not adding weight. It is great for all
treatments and hair types.
Directions:
Apply a small amount to thoroughly wet hair.
Massage gently into hair and scalp working up a
generous lather. Allow scalp to receive the
stimulation. Rinse and repeat the same process to
get better results.

24. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Conditioner
A deep conditioner specially formulated
with Argan Oil and Keratin to improve the
appearance of damaged hair. Helps to
defrizz, smooth and shine.
Directions:
After shampoo, apply a generous amount of
conditioner and massage from root to ends.
Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly
with lukewarm water. Follow with Olio
styling products.

Creates a protective barrier around each
individual hair strand. It provides shine,
prevents split ends and repels humidity-making
it an everyday need. It rebuilds from
within the hair strands.
Directions:
Spray evenly throughout entire head, comb
thru and blow dry 100% with paddle brush,
straightening hair as much as possible.

Ultra Light Spray & Shine
Lucia Ultra Light Spray & Shine contains
Argan Oil that provides high moisture
retention and nourishes all hair types. It
gives Thermal, UV and Color protection
while leaving your hair silky and shiny.
Alcohol free.
Directions: On Damp Hair: Spray lightly and
distribute evenly. Style naturally or blow
dry if so desired. For ultimate results, flat
iron hair.

27. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Hair Treatment
A blend of Argan Oil with Vitamin E
to create instant shine without the
oily residue. It is a light weight frizz
corrector, humidity resistant
moisturizer, shine and seal cuticle.
Directions: Apply a small amount
onto hair. Can be used on wet or dry
hair before and after styling.

28. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Hair Mask
An intense treatment formulated to deeply repair and hydrate
damaged hair. With frequent use, hair will recover shine and
manageability.
Directions: After shampooing with Olio Shampoo, towel dry hair
then, apply a liberal amount thoroughly from roots to ends.
Leave in 5-10 minutes. For best results, cover hair with plastic cap
and process under dryer. Rinse off and style as usual.
Use once or twice a week.

29. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Curling Balm
Create frizz free soft curls while
nourishing your hair with this Argan Oil
enriched balm. It contains Keratin and
Pro Vitamin B-5 that helps to rejuvenate
curls, improve shine and repair damaged
hair, leaving the hair soft and touchable.
Directions: After shampooing, rub a
small amount between the palms of
your hands, apply thoroughly to towel
dried hair, and proceed to create curls.

30. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Styling Cream
Argan Oil enriched, this cream is ideal for
smoothing and straightening hair when blow
drying and flat ironing. Provides frizz control,
split end repair, color and thermal protection,
detangling while infusing silkiness, volume and
deep hydration.
Directions: Pump once or twice in the palms of
your hands, work through hair thoroughly and
comb out. Style as usual. For the best results
flat iron after blow drying.

31. Olio di Morocco Argan Oil Hair Spray Gel
Spray & Go has long lasting style support, non
greasy, non flaking and rebounds split ends. It
can be used with thermal tools to improve
results. Leaves hair shiny and is fast acting.
Directions: Apply Spray & Go to wet, damp or
dry hair. Distribute evenly throughout head if
desired. Style hair as desired. Can be used to
scrunch and or as a root lifter and/or beachy
look.
