New EHFA Policyfor Training ProvidersAccreditation European Quality Assurance Reference Framework (EQAVET) to promote and monitor continuous improvement of national systems of Vocational Education and Training (VET). Member States encouraged to use the framework, and develop, by mid-2011, a national approach to improving quality assurance systems EU Commission’s emphasis on national solutions to promote improving standards in VET.
5. New EHFA Policyfor Training ProvidersAccreditation Following the recommendations from the EU Commission, EHFA Standards Council has approved a new policy for the accreditation of Training Providers for VET, accordingly to the indications from EHFA Board established in the last EBM at Brussels (22nd of June 2010). EHFA Accreditation focused to help support Training Providers in their own countries to achieve national standards of quality assurance, but in addition to also demonstrate compliance with the delivery of EHFA’s learning outcomes from its standards.
6. New EHFA Policyfor Training ProvidersAccreditation To align with EQAVET development, and as a result of the review of the accreditation process, EHFA accreditation is evolving. SPECIAL THANKS to the EA Fitness Project (great experience and very successful network of training companies delivering EHFA Standards). ... EHFA will be contacting each of these EA Project partners to explain in more detail what the changes are and what can be expected for on going accreditation.
