It refers to the potential to be
responsive when facing
changes and undefined
environment, being able to
efficiently integrate them
within own responsibilities.
People with this competency
seek new solutions and

familiarity. As individuals, we
usually resist change. The

SOCIAL NETWORK IMPACT
Social networking is a tool
used by people all around the
world. It has created new
levels of influence for
everybody. This competency
refers to the potential to create
smart networks through

ETHICAL BRANDING
