MARKET WRAP
Indian equity market ended up 1.20%; Nifty up64 pts & Sensex up 222 pts.
NHPC Q4 FY11 consolidated net profit came up at Rs 2316 Cr vs. 2175 Cr y/y.
Euro markets were in green with FTSE leading, Dow future was down 20 pts.

Indian market ended up 1.20% due to smart pullback rally on first day of the new expiry
series & short covering in the large caps as Nifty gained 64 pts to end at 5476 while
Sensex was up by 222 pts to settle at 18266. Euro markets were in green with FTSE up
49 pts at 5929, DAX up 24 pts & CAC up 39 pts at 3956. Dow future was down 20 pts.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 30/05/2011 is Tata Motors.

Tata Motors has broken the long standing support trendline drawn from troughs of July

2010 and it has made a downward break out of symmetrical triangle. The stock has
ended down today more than 6% at 1088.85 due to profit booking despite better Q4
results and positive market. From here it may see further downside to 1050 level.

Our recommendation on Tata Motors is SELL below 1083 for the TG of 1073 – 1058.
