The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) honors excellence in student research through its Distinguished Dissertation Awards. This year's awards will be presented at the ISPI Performance Improvement Conference on April 27, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. The first place winner is Minjing Duan for her dissertation on applying action research to human performance technology. The second place winner is Carlos Antonio Viera for his dissertation on school counselors using data-driven decision making.

2015 Distinguished Dissertation Awards
ISPI is proud to honor excellence in student research through our Distinguished Dissertation Awards. This initiative is
funded by the Society’s Research Committee chaired this year by Christiana Houck, PhD. These awards will be
bestowed at THE Performance Improvement Conference, Monday, April 27, 2015 at 6:00 – 7:30 pm in San
