In this highly practical, empathetic and interactive
workshop, we will explore ways to recognize,
prevent and deal with sexual harassment in the
workplace. It focuses on encouraging open
communications amongst employees on the
subject, and emphasizes on preventative measures
against the finality of legal intervention. It fosters a
work environment built upon mutual respect for
personal values and boundaries.
Teen Self-Explor ation Bootcamp
This is well-rounded, intensive self-development
program catered to youth aged 16-18. It
supplements what aspiring young minds have
learnt in school academically by fostering a keen
sense of self-awareness, confidence, and
responsibility. Through a myriad of activities,
exercises, interactive games, classroom lectures,
groups work, competitions, assignments and field
work, it also enhances their creative and problem
solving capabilities as they embark on the exciting

As founder of EGNITE, Carolyn specializes in working closely with clients to
develop and deliver people management training catered to their specific
corporate needs. She has honed numerous executives on internal and
external communications communication skills, set up a comprehensive
Marketing Academy for Hong Kong Telecom CSL, trained on areas such as
strategic planning, account management, creatively and innovation to
Advertising Agencies, and taught at the Bank of Beijing on Personal Branding
and Cultural Integration. She currently also lectures at the Hong Kong Baptist
University MA in Communication Program on the subject of Advertising
Management. Her methodologies are targeted, results oriented, always
engaging and inspirational.
Carolyn has been in the business of inspiring people to positive actions all her
life. Prior to her life as a trainer and facilitator, Carolyn accumulated over 20
years' experience influencing buying behavior for a diverse array of
industries in Asia and North America. As a seasoned strategic planner and
account management executive, she has developed sizzling campaigns that
have received well over a hundred advertising and marketing awards.
Carolyn has worked with some of the most established brand consultancies in
the world, such as Grey, Ogilvy & Mather, DDB, Bates, McCann Erickson, Lowe
and Partners, Draft FCB and Cossette Communications. She also ran her own
boutique communications operations catering to small- to medium-sized
businesses. In addition to her rich experience in communications and
marketing, Carolyn has worked in corporate banking, investments and
insurance, real estate, as well as retail sales.
Carolyn has a degree in Communications Arts at the Loyola Marymount
University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at the
University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. In addition she
also holds a Certificate in Internet Marketing at the University of British
