Her approach is proactive, thorough and creative; she independently mastered the form creation and correspondence software
then unified format of all outbound documents to transform their appearance from haphazard to professionally attractive. She
concurrently organized the previously chaotic filing system in order to streamline workflow, reducing production time by an
estimated 15-20%.
Caryn is always thinking ahead; even while on a temporary assignment, she saw a need for and created an instructional checklist
for the task of producing bi-monthly reports, knowing that it would help the permanent hire that would come next.
She is cooperative, compassionate, growth focused and a team motivator; at John Muir Middle School, Caryn became lead Sign
Language Interpreter after just one year. She worked closely with colleagues to create solutions to challenges and created and

from California State University, Northridge.
Caryn is diligent, adaptable and efficient; within 10 weeks at First Apollo Home Loan, while completely new to the lending
industry, she mastered her duties and the duties of another position, then streamlined processes allowing her to perform two
roles and saving the company well over $20,000 annually.
