• Room size 9 ft. x 13 ft-6 in x 10 ft-6 in
• Room Temperature 46 degrees F
• Initial swab cultures taken and refrigerated 4 locations
• Air Oasis unit installed and operated for 4 days
• New samples taken and all incubated for 48 hours @ 37 degrees C
• Room contained inedible animal parts and was not sealed
• Room equipment was not cleaned
