2. INTRODUCTION
● Employee Skill Management is a new feature added in odoo 13.
● With this module we can easily manage employees skills.
● We can also manage the employees resumes.
3. ● Install the Skills Management module from apps.
● From the Employee module we can manage the skills of employee.
4. ● We can see the Skills and Resume of a employee by selecting the an employee.
5. ● We can add the skills and resume by creating/ editing the employee.
6. ● We can add new skills by clicking the Create a new Entry button in the
skill section.
● Save the skill by clicking Save & Close button.
7. ● We can add new Resume by clicking the Create a new Entry button in the
Resume section.
● Save the skill by clicking Save & Close button.
