INTRODUCTION  A task can be defined as a duty or a piece of work that is assigned to a person from an authority that might be accomplished in time duration.  A project may have multiple tasks, that integrally work to achieve the overall success of the project.  Tasks can be easily created and managed.
  3. 3.  Once a task has been completed, each workmate can point it out by changing their status.  This will help the project manager to review the task before changing the stage with a simple drag-and-drop.  There are tools to prioritise the task, to add and schedule activities, to add tags for easy identification of the task in kanban view.  The task settings help to add cover images, delete tasks, edit the task and share task details to workmates as well.
  4. 4.  If we click on a task, we land on the form view where I can edit the planned hours and enter the timesheets.  This is a great tool for any project manager.  Controlling the working time progress and the time spent for each team member is essential.  The working time progress updates automatically.  Through timesheet integration, the project manager has a thorough follow-up on the progress of each task.

  8. 8. Click on clock icon > click Schedule an activity

  10. 10. We can add attendees, select date , responsible person . After that provide summary >create
  11. 11. Click on circle . we can change its status
  12. 12. To set cover image >click on set cover image , Click > Upload and set >selct image
  13. 13. To remove click on REMOVE COVER IMAGE
  14. 14. For editing stage : click on Edit task >Make the changes >Save
  15. 15. Under the timesheet tab we can enter timesheet details

  17. 17. We can create task form sales : For that create a service type product >Under sales tab set service invoicing and service tracking , select project
  18. 18. Create a sale order >add product created
