operation using the efficient table management aspects of the POS module of the platform.

3. ❖ To activate the bar/restaurant feature, Go to POS module > Configuration >
Point of Sale and activate the feature for your bar/restaurant POS.
4. ❖ Once your POS has been configured select Floors & Tables.
5. ❖ From here you can create and edit new floor. Enter your floor name and click
on ‘Create and Edit’ then you will be redirected to a new form.
6. ❖ Here enter the details of the floor, click on Add a line to add tables to your floor
7. ❖ Give the details of tables in the table form and click on SAVE button. Likewise you can
create multiple tables for your floor.
9. ❖ Once you start the bar/restaurant session you will be redirected to
the multiple floor view.
10. ❖ Here click on the Edit icon to see all the edit features of the floor and tables.
❖ Here the user have the option to Add and Copy tables
11. ❖ To rename a table, select the particular table and click on the A button provided in
the edit option specify the name and click on OK
12. ❖ To edit the number of guests, click on the Guest button and add the number
of guests and save it.
13. ❖ To change the shape of a table select the table and click on the Shape button and set the
shape as you need.
14. ❖ For changing the colour of a table click on the Colour option and select the colour for the
table from the colour panel.
15. ❖ You can delete a table by selecting the table and clicking on the Delete button.
16. ❖ Disable the edit mode and click on the table to place an order for that table. Then it
redirects to the order management screen.
❖ Select the products for the order, set the customer and proceed with the payment by
clicking the Payment button
17. ❖ There is an option to add note to orders. Click on Note to add note. After clicking OK the
note will be added to the selected orderline
18. ❖ The user can change number of guests on a table from here. Click on the Guest button
enter the guest count and save it by clicking OK button
19. ❖ Using table management feature an order can be transferred from one table to another.
Click on Transfer button on the order management screen
20. ❖ On clicking Transfer button user will be redirected to the floor management screen from
where the table to which the order is to be transferred can be selected
21. ❖ The order has been transferred from T2 to T6
22. ❖ The Split option of POS enable the user to split orders of the table
23. ❖ After clicking on Split button, in the new page user can click on order lines to select those
and proceed to payment only for those selected items.
