ABOUT US
The company is managed by Adv. Job Moraka who holds a MBA and LLB Law degree and specializes
in HR, Legal, and Business Turnaround Strategies. He started his working career at Johannesburg
Consolidated Investments (JCI), currently known as Anglo Plats, and has since held numerous senior roles
in multi-national organisations. Adv. Moraka specialized law full time for two years before re-joining the
corporate world as Corporate Services Executive for Linatex in 2010. With his extensive experience in
operating at both strategic and operational levels, Adv. Moraka provides the PPDA management team with
invaluable knowledge on merger integration, labour relations, business turnaround strategies, environmental
law, sustainable development initiatives and training.
The PPDA Team consists of highly qualified persons with unparalleled experience in the various specialist
fields.

PPDA’s Project Management is the process and activity of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling,
resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals of the client. A project is a temporary endeavour
designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time-
constrained, and often constrained by funding or deliverables) undertaken to meet the goals and objectives of the
client , typically to bring about beneficial change or added value. This approach of a project is to achieve all of the
project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints. The primary objectives to be achieved
are a balance between scope, time, quality and budget. The secondary objectives and more ambitious is to
optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and integrate them to meet pre-defined objectives.

INTRODUCTION
The Professional People Development Academy (PPDA) utilizes the Neetling Brain Instruments (NBI) that
strives to develop Eight Dimensional thinking in individuals and companies.
The assessment tools will assist you develop strategies to sustain creativity and positive thinking in your
personal and professional life.
You will also be able to identify the essence of your problems and apply creative solutions immediately.
HOW WAS THE NBI DEVELOPED?
The NBI was developed after almost 30 years of extensive international research on left and right brain
functions. The instruments were developed by Dr. Kobus Neetling, under the research guidance of professor
Paul Torrance of the University of Georgia. Initially developed for adults, the NBI has been expanded to
include a number of other whole-brain instruments that are tailored to suite children, young adults, sport
people and business people. Ongoing Research at a number of universities and institutes remains an
integral part of the NBI.

The Results Of This Profile Will Confirm/determine The Areas For Further Development.
Development Of A Personal Negativity Profile
This Profile Measures The Personal Negativity Levels Of A Person. For Any Business It Is Critical To Identify The
Reasons For A Person’s Negativity Levels As It Will Have An Influence On The Company Performance Or Service
Delivery. The Importance Of The Results Of This Profile Is:
• To Determine The Specific Areas Wherein The Person Is Negative And To Link It To The Requirements Of
The Particular Position/job.

  • 5. 4 PPDA’s Project Management is the process and activity of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling, resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals of the client. A project is a temporary endeavour designed to produce a unique product, service or result with a defined beginning and end (usually time- constrained, and often constrained by funding or deliverables) undertaken to meet the goals and objectives of the client , typically to bring about beneficial change or added value.
