NEVER You can get control of your time and life only by changing the way you think , work and deal with never ending river of responsibilities. You can only get control if you stop doing some things and start spending more time on the FEW activities that can make a difference in your life
The truth about Frogs… “If the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that is the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long” Mark Twain “The first rule about frog eating is – If you have to eat 2 frogs, eat the ugliest one first Second rule about frog eating is – If you have to eat a live frog at all, it doesn’t pay to sit and look at it for very long.

9. PREPARE THROUGHLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN Have everything you need at hand before you start Prepare all the information, papers, tools, work materials and numbers you might require so that you can get started and keep going.
10. TAKE IT ONE OIL BAREL AT A TIME You can accomplish the biggest and the most complicated job, if you just complete it just one at a time
