  15. 15. Non-Binary People who don’t feel that “boy” or “girl” fit them. They could identify as neither a boy or girl, or as both. These people often use the gender-neutral word “they” (“elle” en español)

  18. 18. Ally People who are not part of the LGBT community but support and advocate for people in the LGBT community
  19. 19. Closeted An LGBTQ person who has not told the public about their sexual orientation or gender identity yet.
  20. 20. Coming Out (of the Closet) When an LGBTQ person tells their family, friends, or community
  21. 21. Intersex People who are born with bodies that are naturally different from traditional “male” or “female”
  22. 22. LGBTQ An acronym that means Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer
  23. 23. Queer This word used to have a negative meaning, now it is often used to refer to the LGBT community as a whole
