9. The impact on information management
Huge amounts of proprietary and regulated data
are leaking onto non-corporate devices
Enterprise files on multi-tenanted public servers
are potentially vulnerable to attack or
unauthorized access.
Some end users are backing up their laptops onto
low-cost services that have not been verified as
meeting corporate requirements.

Editor's Notes
Or expressed another way …
This is not to suggest that all organizations consider these applications to be unhelpful, and in fact 17% encouragetheir use if it benefits the project or task. However, only 11% have policies that require the use of business-gradesystems, and only 8% have actually established an official cloud-based file-sharing or collaboration platform.
And its consequences
Regulatory compliance is prominent in all sectors and Public is no different. It’s key to consistency, risk management, and litigation handling. Managing risk in these areas represents huge savings in Government operations, - return on investment is easily recovered in the first instance of litigation. In short, customers cannot afford to not have our solution.(Note this is not specifically where we are certified, but is where our products are used to meet compliance and lifecycle requirements....).
