Vision and Aims… • On a personal level.. • Get to know everything and everyone. • Continue to learn. • Increase communication and teamwork between shifts, departments. • Fortnightly alternating departmental committees • Regular briefs and interaction • Introduce a 24 hour promise on queries (holiday’s, pay queries etc.) • Relaunch our feedback communications. • Respect and individual responsibility. • Give more transparency of process • Removing bottlenecks • Increasing awareness • Providing answers to process complexities. • Know our limitations and necessities.
