Personal Mastery
The Personal Mastery Lens builds the ability to make
conscious choices. People with high levels of personal
mastery are able to self-observe; notice the language they
use and see how it affects their
current reality. They become aware
of their emotional state and the
impact it has on their physical being.
Seeing this allows them to become
less reactive to stressful situations
and more mindful, making proactive
choices that lead to better
relationships and happier lives. To
assess the level of Personal Mastery
we measure six key factors that
measure how consciously one
lives one’s life. Through
awareness, individuals are
able to work with these
factors and in the process
build their levels of Personal
Mastery in a proactive way.
Enneagram
The Enneagram Lens describes
nine ways of seeing and being in the
world and helps us conclude that the
biggest source of conflict is based on the
mistaken assumption that different people see the
world the same way. We understand that humans are
complex beings and we avoid ‘putting people into boxes’. We
use all nine patterns of behavior and what varies is the
frequency of use of the various patterns.
Our measure also indicates the degree of fixation on
particular patterns, opening and pointing out a pathway to
transformation.
Social Drives
The Social Drives Lens (derived from the body of work on the
Enneagram, Maslow and Barrett) deals with our progression
through the human needs of survival, affiliation and
achievement, moving into
transcendence. Our measure points
at our current focus creating valuable
developmental insight. By combining
the dominant Enneagram style and
Social Drives we arrive at 27
subtypes.
Emotional Resilience
The Emotional Resilience Lens is
an important component of
psychological health. By
combining the level of
Emotional Resilience with the
level of Personal Mastery we
are able to report the
Enneagram at multiple levels.
People with higher Emotional
Resilience tend to be more
effective in their world. People
who have lower Emotional
Resilience generally have less
capacity to deal with stress, and
associated coping needs.
.
Energy Centers
The Energy Centers Lens points out how we interpret our
world, either through the head (intellectual), heart
(emotional) or gut (instinctual). We measure, report and
explain these centers and how they influence individuals.

5. Is your team performing at an optimum level? Are all of your team members
working together? Do they challenge each other effectively?
In today’s work environment teams are often exposed to a constant flux with new members coming and going, conflicting
priorities, increased expectations and strategies revised. The Ennea International Team Discovery Day™ is a program, to be
used by certified facilitators to kick-start a team’s journey to high performance.
Building on the Team Discovery Day
Change rarely happens as a result of a single event. Based on the outcomes of our Nine Essentials Diagnostic™ we
identify the right one-day, action-learning Nine Essentials™ skills modules to be run with the team over a period of
time. This Systems Thinking based approach pulls through the threads of the earlier phases, and subsequently builds
on the team’s collective learning, and ultimately moves the team to high performance.

Develop a group of competent colleagues into a cohesive,
high performing team, consistently capable of achieving
exceptional results!
Exceptional team performance rests on the members
forming a synergistic whole where the team’s capacity
becomes greater than the sum of the individuals’
contributions. Systemic change does not happen as a result
of a single event. Our Team Performance Process, is a
multi-step process that has a two-day workshop at its core. It
is designed to address deeper issues within a team that
cannot be dealt with in a single day.
Based on the outcomes of our Nine Essentials Diagnostic™ we
identify the proper one-day, action-learning Nine Essential™
skills modules to be run with the team over a period of time.
This process pulls through the threads of the first phase,
thereby building on the team’s collective learning and
ultimately moving the team to high performance. These
modules are delivered at the level of individual
temperament, deepening the relevance of the learning and
ensuring sustainability.
