To whom it may concern:
This is a letter of recommendation for Christopher Veilleux.
He has recently graduated from the University of Maine at Augusta. During his education, he
worked in the UMA computer labs and was a close associate of the UMA telephone Supervisor
and assisted in the transition to IP telephones.
Chris was a core team member of the University Technology Support Center.
Chris has a strong work ethic. He wants to provide the correct information and will do the
research necessary if the answer is not readily available.
Chris was often one of the two top telephone agents in terms of calls answered and provided a
leadership role to any student workers that came to work for UTSC.
Chris is a strong team player. He is willing and able to learn quickly and efficiently as task
presented to him. He will be a great asset to any company that is fortunate enough to hire him.
Sincerely,
Laurin Gordon
Supervisor of Technology Center
