4. Year 1: DALI Update
■ Year 1 – Lots of “Lessons Learnt” including:
- How the Professional Services Dept.'s work together ☺
- That time to test and handover between internal
departments is necessary for successful support services
- That communications to Academic’s using new spaces, and
information in the room is needed.
Summary: 14 rooms completed and handed over
5. Year 2: DALI Update
■ Current Plan: 24 Rooms During Summer 2017 (4 of which
are Drysdale Ground Replacement PC Labs)
■ 3 Rooms at Christmas – Total of 27 rooms (+1)
■ Breakdown:
■ 10 x Lecture Rooms (4 have Lecture Capture)
■ 12 x Lecture Theatres (all have Lecture Capture)
■ 5 x PC Labs (+1) (3 have Lecture Capture)
■ In total 17 + 2 rooms will have upgraded Lecture Capture

9. Drysdale Update
■ 2 x PC Labs of 50 Capacity – Flexible Round Tables as per
this room
■ 2 x Group Based Learning PC Labs of 36 + Capacity -
Flexible, fold down surface, in groups of 6
■ 1 x Bench Style PC Lab (similar to ELG10)
■ On course for September 2017 delivery
10. Computer Lab Review
■We are reviewing the design of Computer Labs at the
University
