and adoptability off our canine’s in care.

respectfully. We learn to identify and understand non-verbal communication through

and meaningful force for good.

Our Purpose
 To Introduce ~ our students to a sheltered dog and provide them with the means to safely, effectively,
and positively train the dog to have good manner skills, thereby facilitating the human-animal bond.
 To Lead ~ our students through training lessons that create a bridge from dog training to their own life
experiences. To facilitate learning these “bridge” lessons in classroom and community discussions.
 To Assess ~ our effectiveness of the program through use of pre/post testing, daily performance, and
homework rubrics.
 To Assist ~ in developing a safe & nurturing kennel while preparing our canines for Forever Homes.
