Kryptotel, ICT company founded in 2009, in Dubai Internet City, with the aim of bring innovation to the secure
communications market, is an international provider of encrypted solutions like telephone landline and mobile,
secure VPN, encrypted IM services and enciphered Computers.

- Working as Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities and duties:
    - Company Start-up: Business Plan and Tecom’s Relations Responsible
    - Keeping relationship with technological providers (Perle, IBM and Cisco) for the delivery of the technical
    infrastructure

Start-Up and development of Strategic Company Projects
Selected Accomplishment:
- Working as Business Development Manager with the following responsibilities and duties:
The Eutelia Group was founded 1998 at Arezzo (Italy) as Internet Service Provider, but already in 1999 it
became Telecommunication operator and soon a national and international reality, both for the extension of
its proprietor network and for its commercial relations and agreements in many countries all over the world.
Eutelia continued its expansion process, first towards the TLC market, then towards the ICT market, with the
buyout of the leading companies of this sector, among which Edisontel in 2002, Noicom, NTS-Freedomland,
C3 Europe, Alpha Telecom in TLC and Getronics Italia and Bull Italia, merged into Eunics S.p.A. in ICT.
Since 2005 Eutelia is quoted at the Italian Stock Exchange and is placed among the first 4 TLC operators for
turnover as well as for extension of the proprietor network. In October 2005 Eutelia launches EuteliaVoip, one
of the first all-Italian VoIP projects based on SIP protocol and sooner become VoIP provider leader in Italian
Market.
In 2007, when buying C3 and Alpha Telecom from Tele2 Group, Eutelia became market leader in distributing
prepaid phone services in 11 European countries and, in the same year, it started the project of launching
Mobyland, new mobile operator in Poland.

 •   Responsible for the launch and managing of EuteliaVoip, first all-Italian web Voice project based on SIP
     Protocol. Worked with the following responsibilities and duties:
     - Planning and definition of requisite profiles for different departments, from Production and
     Maintenance to Marketing, Front and Back Office staff in coordination with CEO.
     - Operational management of EuteliaVoip team managing a turnover of €2,16million(2007).
     - Responsible for market research and analysis.
- Pursued long-term account strategy that maximized profits and assisted in cultivating long-term
     relationships with the appropriate decision makers.
     - Relationship with main technology providers (IBM, Cisco, Fritz Box, Teles, Siemens, Pirelli and Chinese
     companies) for the provision of routers, modems and any VoIP device useful for the creation of
     EuteliaVoip solutions commercialized in e-commerce area.
     - Good knowledge of e-commerce implementations (auto-recharge, PayPal, Western Union, Credit Card,
     Sisal, Poste Italiane).
     - Implementation of security filter policies for credit card transactions to avoid credit card frauds
     - Monitored new account success by contacting customers at scheduled intervals.
     - Co-ordinate with respective units/departments for resolution of customer complaints and optimization of
     services and solutions.
     - Built of EuteliaVoIP forum to give further assistance to customers.
     - Built pricing opportunities to encourage repeat sales.
     - Update regularly E-commerce section with new products and services.
     - Skilled negotiating contracts, forming alliances and partnering with others.
     - Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service and website.
     - Maintained good relationship with the top clients.
     - Manage Customer care Team to resolve customer complaints and requests received from web.

     - Built web strategies and new web services to attract new customers and increase the customer
     satisfaction.
     - Web Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
     - Start-up of Web ADV Campaigns towards the use of web instruments like Google Adwords, Direct
     Marketing (DEM, newsletter, feeds) Campaigns, Viral marketing, Newsgroup and Usenet.
