The Eutelia Group was founded 1998 at Arezzo (Italy) as Internet Service Provider, but already in 1999 it
became Telecommunication operator and soon a national and international reality, both for the extension of
its proprietor network and for its commercial relations and agreements in many countries all over the world.
Eutelia continued its expansion process, first towards the TLC market, then towards the ICT market, with the
buyout of the leading companies of this sector, among which Edisontel in 2002, Noicom, NTS-Freedomland,
C3 Europe, Alpha Telecom in TLC and Getronics Italia and Bull Italia, merged into Eunics S.p.A. in ICT.
Since 2005 Eutelia is quoted at the Italian Stock Exchange and is placed among the first 4 TLC operators for
turnover as well as for extension of the proprietor network. In October 2005 Eutelia launches EuteliaVoip, one
