Magda Walczak is the CEO of Coacharya, a global coaching and coach training
organisation that is accredited by EMCC. Magda is an ROI-focused marketer
with global experience in both B2C and B2B businesses. Magda honed her skills
at startups of various stages including Atlassian, Search Party, Base CRM,
Google, and PayPal. She's an authentic leader who is passionate about gender
equality. Magda is also a children's book author (Saylor's Tale) and an avid
supporter of animal rights. She's an immigrant from Poland, having arrived in
the US at the age of 12. Her interests include cooking, travel, and the outdoors.
She lives in Chicago with her dog Saylor, sister Nika, and cats Sorsha, McClane,
and Miles.
Meenakshi Iyer founded NorthStar Solutions and Services to promote
organisational agility through inclusion. She is a T-shaped professional and
leader who has led many IT and non-IT organisational transformation
initiatives successfully. At NorthStar, she provides training, coaching, and
consulting services for individuals and organisations in the following areas:
collaboration + agility across boundaries, cultural intelligence, and inclusive
work design. She is fluent in four languages and has lived and worked in 10+
cities in India and the US. She is a trained English language (ESL) teacher
and her causes include refugee/immigrant resettlement and food security.
