4. OUR PROCESS
We work in an agile environment and follow standard project management practices – initiating, planning, executing,
monitoring & closing. Initially, when the project is signed-off, we work with you to gather requirements and define
scope of work. We would then do a task breakdown internally and create a project backlog and a milestone summary.
We work iteratively and have a release every week. Post execution, we perform Quality Assurance (QA), integrated change
control if any and carry out deployment. Upon review and validation of all deliverables, we formally close the phase or project.
You can directly track and follow the project health, status and risks online from initiation to closure.

The Pain App – Android Tablet & Web Application
• The project was funded by Government of Health, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
• Helps hospitals gather health parameters from his patients by collecting health data from patients periodically.
• Presents a simple interface for patients to seek immediate help.
• Helps doctors study patient symptoms by providing him health reports and pain-patterns quickly, and provide more accurate
treatment.
• This application stores survey data offline during network blackout and syncs it with Pain App server infrastructure on network
availability.
• Secure data storage in DB using AES-256 encryption
