Drive Sales
Client Brief
An agency representing a global pharmaceutical company approached us to help
drive sales of their client’s established nappy care ointment by targeting Nurses and
Healthcare Visitors - the Health Care Professionals that typically recommend this
product to parents.

Solution
We developed an interactive, educational video promoting the product’s qualities.
Interspersed throughout were interactive questions, enabling the viewer to provide
feedback on their perception and knowledge of the nappy care ointment, while also
creating a channel to request product samples.
We then marketed the video through a multi-channel programme encompassing
content-led emails and QR-coded sponsored features in Nursing in Practice
magazine.

Results
The target was 500 completions. Nearly 800 Primary Care Nurses and Health Visitors
watched the video and over 450 requested samples.
There was a fundamental shift in the number of Nurses who would recommend the
product from 35% at the beginning of the video to 93% at the end.
