It is essential that we take time to study the Bible before we try to teach it. I choose this image as it clearly show people taking time to not only read their translation but to consult other reference to get the full picture.
This is where you research and consider how people learn before you put together a lecture. Like a bird watcher with a pair of binoculars it is important to take time and watch how people do things so you can make learning easier for them.
This is where we actually develop the lesson. I choose DNA because there are a lot of small pieces that need to be put together in the right way for it to do what it was meant to.
This is the scariest part for me. The getting in front of the students and teaching. I choose this picture instead of a classroom scene because I fully believe that like the Holy Spirit a good teacher comes along side the student and takes the time to teach the hard technique and the heart needed to play an instrument.
This happens when you are all said and done. Look back at what you have done and determine the what you liked and what you could have done better. Like any good scientist you don’t just complete an experiment, you take the time to determine if there was something that went wrong or if there is a better technique that could have been used. This way when you will be more likely able to get your work published.
