THE HIDDEN
VOCs IN YOUR HOUSE
WHAT ARE VOCs?
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are chemicals found in
various household products and building materials that vaporize
at room temperature and emit potentially harmful gases. Inhaling
low levels of VOCs for long periods may increase health risks and
irritate symptoms for people with asthma or those who are
particularly sensitive to chemicals.
