2. Why develop the ambulance network?
After a trauma, a source of preventable deaths and disabilities,
every minute counts
50% reduction of medically preventable deaths with the
establishment of a treatment system
Currently, the rate of access to ambulance services is equal to
<2% of the population having suffered from an emergency
Ambulance center: in number only 1, based in PAP, <100
ambulances for more than 11 million inhabitants, rugged terrain
and hard-to-reach areas
