2. COREcruitment
COREcruitment is a leading international recruitment
consultancy with a friendly team of market specialists
covering multiple markets across the service industry.
Established in 2005 we have rapidly earned an enviable
international reputation for our professionalism and high
quality service delivery – founded on our three core
principles of integrity, efficiency and transparency.
4. The team at COREcruitment is a very close knit team. We know it’s
ridiculously cliché and cheesey but we really do feel like a family.
Each client of ours has a dedicated Account Management team who work
together and support each other to ensure our client receives the best
possible service.
ADVERTISING:
As COREcruitment is independently owned we are able to be flexible.
When it comes to advertising we would be more than happy to create a
bespoke service regarding advertising for your vacancies, including
branded advertisements. COREcruitment currently has access to over 20
job boards as well as a large social media presence with a high number of
followers.
FIVE GUYS FANATICAL ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT TEAM
5. “Five CORE Guys (and girls)”
Account Manager
Arnaud is one of CORE’s longstanding consultants,
having been with CORE for over four years now.
Arnaud likes to take his time to really get to know
his clients; it’s this rapport that has made him one
of our most successful consultants. Ask any one of
his clients and they will absolutely rave about his
account management skills and ability to match
suitable candidates to their requirements. This is
evident by them always going to him first
whenever a vacancy arises.
Arnaud will be the dedicated Account Manager for Five Guys. Arnaud will be the main
point of contact and all vacancies given to COREcruitment will initially go through him.
Originally from France it’s understandable when we say he’s an absolute foodie
and can’t spend a weekend without experiencing a new food or wine concept.
From high end wine bars to classic cafes- Arnaud has tried them all! Hearing him
on the phone at work it’s evident to see his passion lies within the hospitality
industry!
In Arnaud’s spare time he loves spending time outdoors, in London’s ‘sunshine’
(when there is some) and reading crime novels! The team constantly jokes that
Arnaud was probably a detective in his past life!
“The most rewarding aspect of my job is knowing that candidates are happy in
their new places of work and that I contributed to their career progress!”
6. Janice has been with COREcruitment right from the start.
She has been the team’s constant support , even if this
means slapping us into place every now and then!
Janice looks after all senior management/head office
vacancies. These roles include; operations, HR and
finance roles.
Janice has an extremely outgoing social life which most
of the office are very envious of- including her recent
time away to attend Glastonbury! Janice is also a keen
footballer and competitive diver.
“Five CORE Guys (and girls)”
Senior Management
Krishnan started COREcruitment 9 years ago and has built this
recruitment agency from a London based office with a team of
three to an international agency with a team of 30!
Unlike some company directors, Krishnan plays a very hands-on
role within the business and is very much involved in the
recruitment process. Although Krishnan tends to look after the
senior management and executive board management roles he
also oversees all other recruitment at all levels.
Krishnan's limited down time is spent with his gorgeous twin
daughters or taking the CORE team on a crazy night out!
7. Katherine is reasonably new to COREcruitment
however; with her previous recruitment experience
there’s been no holding her back. Katherine is a key
member of CORE’s retail team, with her industry
knowledge and efficient recruitment process
Katherine has been particularly successful at CORE to
date.
Katherine is known at CORE for her amazing dance
moves (or lack thereof) and her sense of humour.
There is never a dull moment in the office when Kat
is around!
Oliver is also part of our retail team working on all roles from
high street concepts right through to high end, fine dining
restaurants.
A true Londoner at heart, he loves exploring what the city has
to offer the restaurants, bars, night clubs, parks and comedy
gigs!
Oli is so full of energy it’s hard to keep up with him- sometimes
it feels like he’s talking at a million miles an hour! We try limit
his coffee intake to stop him bouncing off the walls!

WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT FIVE GUYS
11. Here at COREcruitment we have a database with over 220,000
candidates ranging from Senior Chefs to Board Level Executives which is
increasing daily.

ATTRACTING SUITABLE CANDIDATES
13. Referrals:
We have a target at COREcruitment that 40% of
our placed candidates will come via referrals
and recommendations – good people tend to
know good people. We actively incentivise
candidates to put us in touch with their friends
/ colleagues and contacts to find a higher
number of ‘passive job seekers’
Social Media
More recently our focus has been on using
social media to attract candidates. We see this
as being a key area of growth for us as a
business and 12 months ago we appointed an
in-house web development and SEO specialist
to manage our social networks and on-line
presence.
Internet:
We use a variety of websites for advertising and
CV database- depending on location and
specialism: Total jobs, manager.co.uk,
Careersbank.com, Caterer, The ladders, CV-
Library, Monster, Simply sales jobs, Sales target,
Career structure, FM Management, FM World,
Gumtree, Jobs on line, My facilities
management jobs, Reed, Supply Management.
International job boards: Asiacaterer.com,
pnet.co.za, corecruitment.co.za, Recruitgulf,
lodgestaff.com, craigslist.com, mygulliver.com,
hospitalityoffers.com, HCareers, Mayomann,
Caterer Global.
Open Days / Networking Events
Another one of our popular methods of
attracting candidates is organising an open
day. Essentially open days are an
opportunity for potential members of staff
to visit your business at one of your
locations, interact with your members of
staff to further our understanding of your
business. We also hold Networking Events
in London every month for both our clients
and candidates.
Regional Recruiters
Another one of our bespoke candidate
service is having a regional recruiter. As we
service the whole of the UK from our
London head office, we understand some
candidates may not be able to come down
to meet us. Therefore, we send a
consultant up to various locations for a day
where they meet with candidates in that
area.
Psychometrics:
We also have the ability to use our in house
system of psychometric testing. We have
found this especially useful as part of the
recruitment process to double check that a
candidate has the appropriate ability levels
to be successful in a role.

18. ASSISTING ON CREW/TEAM RECRUITMENT
At COREcruitment we know the stress of opening a new restaurant can be
overwhelming and intimidating. The list of things to get done before the
opening is endless!!!
Finding top quality staff for your new restaurant can be a nightmare, after
all- your staff are the face of your business. So let us take that stress off
your hands!
Advertising:
COREcruitment will happily take care of all advertising necessary for
recruiting suitable staff. This includes a large number of job boards and
social media. All advertising will also be kept private and confidential so all
candidates will come through us first where we can screen them for
suitability.
Open Days:
COREcruitment is well known for hosting recruitment days. This process is
where we create a shortlist of pre-screened candidates and invite them
onsite to see the restaurant and meet the team. This process is proven
highly successful as it means you can meet and compare candidates on the
spot!
