The CRF Innovation Awards celebrate the spirit of innovation and honours CRF jurisdictions which have successfully put in place world-class initiatives, as well as those which have creatively implemented customised solutions, to make a real difference to their stakeholders. There are two categories of awards: CRF Innovation Award (Excellence) and CRF Innovation Award (Commendation).

Services (AJPES) has been running Non-possessory lien rights register since
2004.

Public and centrally managed
computerized database on liens
and prohibitions of alienation and
burden on movable property.
Entries have a constitutive effect,
which means that liens are created
by registration.
It allows everyone to be informed
of the (non) existence of a non-
proprietary lien on a movable
property - simply, reliably and
without costs.
Data Source: beneficiaries for
registration (notaries, enforcement
agents, courts, insolvency
administrators, financial
administration).
Refresh: on-line. The accuracy of data is also provided at
the data submission with online link to the Business
Register of Slovenia, Register of vehicles and traffic
documents, Central register of Population and Tax register.
