I have a well-rounded 15 years of middle and senior management experience in multi-disciplinary settings such as child welfare, corrections, health and education.   • 6. I assisted in the establishment (2001) of the Saskatoon Race Relations Committee.
  • 7. I played a key role in the founding of two nonprofit organizations in Saskatoon - Building a Nation Inc. and Egadz Youth Center.
  • 8. I was the principal in the development of a First Nation youth gang prevention strategy that was adopted as a policy by the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations.
  • 9. I was a part of the Nisga’a negotiating team that negotiated a multi-year comprehensive funding commitment from the B.C. government for the Nisga’a Child and Family Services. This is likely the only funding agreement of its kind in B.C. and possibly Canada.
  • 10. I have been successful in fundraising over a $1 million for employment and training in the Nass Valley.References<br />References available on request.<br />
