An image is worth 10,000 words summarizes a document describing an emergency communication service called 112Mobile. 112Mobile allows citizens to make emergency calls with video and location data to provide first responders with more information. This could help emergency services better qualify incidents and deploy the appropriate response. The service has the potential to save lives through faster, more informed emergency responses with improved resource allocation. The founder created 112Mobile after a personal experience where emergency lines were saturated during a crisis, preventing timely aid.

21. Birth of project
Faced with a personal drama, when, after his wife
spoke to him over skype, she was victim, at her
home, with their 3 year-old daughter, of an armed
theft assault, with kidnapping attempt.
To fight against this issue, the project founder
gathered all the technical elements of the call
center business that he knew perfectly and
presented the project to emergency call services,
telecom operators and authorities which all
confirmed that 112mobile could optimize
emergency services, thus saving many lives.
22. Executive Summary
• 112Mobile is the next gen emergency calls system. It allows public & private emergency
services to better qualify & react to crisis situations (bomb attacks, accidents, weather
crisis…)
• The service not only finds its business model towards mobile operators which have the
obligation of handling emergency calls, but also from public services and budgets.
• The SaaS mode service has very limited implementation constraints and the startup is
already positioned as a key partner with the ETSI European organisation setting next gen
emergency call standards.
• The service prototype is already live, developped by the French public R&D organisation
INRIA. The VoIP/VoLTE technology can allow instant redimensioning to manage thousands
of simultaneous calls in case of crisis.
• The Monaco government, 1st tester of the solution, signed a collaboration contract with
112mobile. The French Interior Minister confirmed his interest for the solution and its
perfect fit with the current and future security challenges.
• Facing the fast moving international security issues, the company needs funding up to
€1Million to support its quick growth and international deployment in Europe & USA.

Distribution networks
- Telecom operators as part of their offers (112mobile as
an add'on)
- Direct presales to cities, ministers, fire-dept, police...
Marketing strategy
- Distribution through Operatos brings credibility/stability and
avoids tenders.
- Once added in the Telecom network, the solution can also be
sold white-labeled to private businesses, this becomes a viable
