and predictability. The leader’s role, on the other hand, is to guarantee the
company’s success no matter the changes and difficulties being faced.
o Managers have responsibilities such as setting budgets and developing
strategic plans. While leaders have their focus on guiding the organization on
the right path.

leadership styles. In this article, specifically, transformational leadership is
defined as the effect of inspirational motivation on it.
