  2.       Digitization and well-being of employees Personal motivation shall be in harmony with the team interest and the business goal of the company. Sometime tiredness can be the sign of disengagement, sometimes engaged employees never get tired, because they are self energized. Let us try to find the right description of digitization. Is this new business trend simply related to our new technical environment or something else, or more complex mixture of aspects? How companies reflect to challenges of technology strongly determines the corporate’s whole business operation and the wellbeing of workers. In wider scope, harmony between progress of digitization and the human attitude affects all business stakeholders at every moment of the corporate life. In ideal case people are energized and motivated to reach the common business goal, thrive mutual value. So far digitization is understood as a technical issue, predominating the technology over the importance of human resources. Success Digital intends to create balance between IT and human factor, with highlight on sustained workforce motivation. Digitization is a new context of corporate development. This trend influences the evolution of business software in parallel with rapid progression of IT infrastructure and platforms. Nevertheless, digitization is deeply dependent on human factor and shall be maintained together with the modernization trends of business software.    Finding better approach There are always limitations that a company shall understand and handle. It is hard to see a clear picture in right time, but the sooner we understand the real situation, the less resources we shall sacrifice. This process never stops, there are always such changes that brings your company and business culture in danger, contrariwise if you solve them, you can strengthen your company and motivate your people.

Generating success shall be the clear target and can be seen and prized every day. The targeted success, as the core value itself, and the pillars of proper thinking shall not be directed by old fashion toolkit. Rather, while insisting on well-defined and realistic goals we shall keep continuous control on our motivation, so that this carefully sustained process shall positively influence the chance for success.

  6.       What to learn on Success Digital Practice? Based on Success Digital principles we provide a flow of services called Success Digital Framework, that composes of two main sections. SD Practice is a learning process where you can understand better your challenges in digitization and let you cope with complexity of challenges with ease of fun and success. The other main section is SD Imprint. It helps you to assess your learnings from SD Practice, deepen the newly obtained experiences with further knowledge to reinforce your skills to focus on values behind the everyday activities. Success Digital Framework: Practice is the core of our framework. Our purpose is to introduce a new thinking system that focuses on shared values of the team. On the training the participants understand the terminology and tools that they can later re-use independently and individually through their carrier. To strengthen and customize the gained experiences we offer mentoring services that we collected under Imprint section.
  7. Phases of SD Practice, the experimentation journey: 1)Discover Values, Share Values This is the phase where SD helps in finding the values behind the goals. These values will be in line with the personal motivation. Every employee, every stakeholder has personal motivation. All these together in a team will build up collective motivation, stimulate a mutual understanding and desire for success. Participants discover together the co-operative values in the team while incorporating their open expression of individual motivations. SD differentiates four level of motivation that energizes the individual: ● corporate ● department ● project ● personal work-life We live with the assumption the social and private aspects are not independent of the business motivation categories but we do not focus on these tiers in our framework. Success Digital’s main purpose to improve the businesses values by the well targeted motivation tools and practices. This practice lasts till the end of the project, the first project of the practitioner using Success Digital Framework. During the run of project it is recommended to monitor and register the progress of motivation. That measured data is the key supporter of learning, benchmarking motivation during later projects and analyzing the motivation - value fusion in wider time and organization scale.
  8. 3) Celebrate the Achievements At the end of practice cycle SD creates joyful learning and also a schema for presenting the results. By accomplishment of SD Practice the team schedules a celebration event and SD team will be invited to participate as a jury. The goal of this happening is to stabilize the outcome of learnings. This experience serves a good basis for in-house training the principles to other colleagues inside the company. By adding these value to corporate learning process, the whole company can develop faster on the digitization path. This celebration event is about improve pitching skills, too. It establishes and empowers a new corporate practice, an new, efficient knowledge handover tool, stimulates the speaker and the new project-team who is heading to the new corporate challenge.
  9.       Terminology Notions Project - is a collection of business activities having a common purpose. It that has beginning and end. It can be done by one or more team members. Value - is more than a fulfilled goal that we grab and show up ones. With clarification of values we always look further and forecast with belief that we stay important in work-life in work-team. We can also discover values when we look backwards and conclude the positive outcomes that we have preserved. To understand and create values takes time and appropriate thinking paradigm. Motivation - is moved by the inner force of individual who strives for being valued by the work team in harmony with his or her individual interest. Success - is understood in a wider context. All project is successful which creates values that keep team members motivated. The energy adds value to the corporate business. Toolkit​ Motivation Map - illustrates the volatility and progress of collective motivation by pictures, shapes, graphs and colors in different compound forms. 7th Dimension - illustrates the importance of motivation as project constraint. Value - Motivation Fusion - introduces the effect how one team member is energized by those of his or her values which are accepted and confirmed by the other team members. SFV Sentence (Scope - Function - Value) - is a meta structure of an abstract sentence that help to uncover individual values. The team works in SCOPE, where team members have FUNCTIONS, so that in their functions they create VALUES.
