2. My Name is Curt D. Acker, a 24-year-old originally from Rochester,
NY. My first name means “courteous or polite”, my middle name is
Daniel, which means “God is my judge”, and my last name means
”field or establish land”. I highly value honesty, creativity, and
making others feel appreciated. I have worked as a volunteer coach
for both hockey and basketball teams at the youth level, along with
being a manger for a DI women’s basketball team. I personally enjoy
data and stat collection in men’s basketball to analyze and predict
games, lineups, awards, tournaments, draft stock, etc. I feel that I
am a naturally smart person who learns things very quickly. This
allowed me to pursue lots of different passions until I ultimately
decided on the one that I want to make a career. That passion is
broadcasting NCAA DI men’s Basketball. However, I am open to
other opportunities.

Apple 2. Google 3. Microsoft 4. Facebook 5. Coca-Cola 6. Amazon 7. Disney 8. Toyota 9. McDonald’s 10. Samsung
Methodology:
Forbes valued more than 200 global brands by looking at three years of earnings and allocating a percentage of those earnings based on the role brands play in each industry (e.g., high for luxury goods and beverages, low for airlines and oil companies). We applied the average price-to-earnings multiple over the past three years to these earnings to arrive at the final brand value.
