3. Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS)
Sistem informasi rumah sakit adalah suatu tatanan yang
berurusan dengan pengumpulan data, pengelolaan data,
penyajian informasi, analisa dan penyimpulan informasi
serta penyampaian informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk
kegiatan rumah sakit.
4. Secara global sistem informasi rumah sakit terbagi
atas :
1. Sistem Informasi Klinik
2. Sistem Informasi Administrasi
3. Sistem Informasi Manajemen
A. Jenis Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit
5. B. Desain SIRS
Rancang Bangun Rumah Sakit sangat bergantung kepada jenis
dari rumah sakit tersebut. Rumah sakit di Indonesia, berdasarkan
kepemilikannya dibagi menjadi 2, sebagai berikut:
a.Rumah Sakit Pemerintah, yang dikelola oleh:
1) Departemen Kesehatan
2) Departemen Dalam Negeri
3) TNI
4) BUMN
b.Rumah Sakit Swasta, yang dimiliki dan dikelola oleh sebuah
yayasan, baik yang sifatnya tidak mencari keuntungan (non profit)
maupun yang memang mencari keuntungan (profit)
.
6. Berdasarkan sifat layanannya rumah sakit dibagi 2, sebagai berikut:

C. Fungsi SIRS
