For nearly 10 years, I worked with Debbie as her immediate manager. I was the
Production and Logistics Manager for the proprietary GPS products of NavCom
Technology Inc., a fully owned subsidiary of John Deere. Debbie was the production
supervisor for the varied product lines and had primary responsibility for managing
production builds versus inventory order management and control requirements while
meeting rapidly changing forecast requirements. She did a remarkable job of meeting and
exceeding goals such as 98% on time deliveries to customers. Her commitment to our
quality goal of "zero-defects" to the customer was evident in our exceeding MTBF goals
with <0.05% failure rate for products within 18 month warranty period.
Her skills covered the full spectrum from initial planning of material requirements
through to final assembly, configuration and shipment to the customer. She successfully
performed all of my responsibilities as operating manager during severe key production
periods while I was out of the office including managing the 7-9 employee's to meet
production requirements. This was accomplished while performing her own
responsibilities so well that she received top ratings in all SOX and John Deere inventory
audits.
She is an immediate producer with a great work ethic, team leadership skills and
demonstrated professionalism. I strongly recommend her for just about anything
requiring a detailed oriented, quick learning, team builder capable of making any team
better.
