Specifically designed for high energy efficiency applications, our chiller series with Daikin design inverter screw compressors are the perfect solutions towards latest EU regulations: Eco-design standard for minimum efficiency requirements and F-GAS regulation for environmentally friendly refrigerants.
With Daikin air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, running costs are minimized thanks to the extremely high energy efficiency at part load conditions where the unit is expected to run for most of the time during the year. Daikin inverter screw series are exceeding future 2021 energy efficiency requirements introduced in Europe with Eco-design standard.
In addition to the R134a refrigerant version, our inverter series are also available with R1234ze(E) refrigerant which allows to minimize the global warming impact of screw compressor chillers thanks to low Global Warming Potential (GWP = 7) in combination with high energy efficiency.
At Daikin Applied Europe, we do not only provide best in class products but also advanced solutions in terms of chiller plant management. In case of multiple chillers installation, Daikin can provide various levels of controls starting from Daikin Master/Slave solution up to the Intelligent Chiller Manager (iCM). Those proprietary solutions are intended to optimize system efficiency and to further reduce running costs.
