Supervision of ATP series A/c modification programme both in Coventry and Isle of Man. This
programme involved modification to the wing torsion box areaof the lower belly on each A/c,post NDT
Inspection for known area of cracking and corrosion. All work carried out to BAE Prestwick drawing
office repair instructions and replacement parts supplied by same.
3 A/c embodied to Service Bulletin levels complied with and locally certified by West Air Quality
Department. Crack repairs also carried out to each wing structure per A/c, these repairs carried out to
BAE repair schemes.

Inspection duties on the A380 Wing Rib Adaptation programme. Inspection of the removal
and replacement tasks undertaken, to enable the programme to progress to the first
adaptation of Modification stage. SAP computer literate, drilling and countersinking

structural fitters, during ongoing modification embodying wing Rib adaptation.

Contract mechanic carrying out 6C maintenance checks on A319 series A/c of BA Fleet.
Structural inspections incorporating Airbus SB's, defect rectification and routine maintenance
tasks undertaken to BA/Airbus documentation and tech planner instructions. Mods carried out,
to cabin areas and upper fuselage structure. MLS mod incorporated, all installations fitted using Airbus drawings. Seat
track replacement carried out, Main Entry door sill replacement on 3 A/c. Contract
completed.
Nov 2010 to Sept 2011 Various Aircraft Repair Stations S.M.W. / Mechanic.
UK based maintenance duties carried out at various locations in the South East of UK, A/c worked on BAE 146
and RJ series A/c. Also B737 NG A/c. All work carried out using AMM's and CMM's approved maintenance
procedures.
Sept 2009 to Nov 2010. Dart AOG Ltd Fuel Tank Repairman
Duties carried out on an AOG basis on behalf of major aviation clients such as Southern Air Transport, TNT
Adria Airways etc. Aircraft worked on BAE 146, BAE RJ's,B737 NG and B747 freight A/c. Also Airbus 320
series A/c. Repairs to aircraft fuel tanks and fuel systems associated with the mentioned aircraft. Also major fuel
modifications carried out using manufacturers Service Bulletins and modification instructions. These clients base
in Europe and the Far East.
Sept 2008 to Sept 2009. General Electric Aero Engines Support Technician
(Europe)
Duties involved were, carrying out On-Wing Boro - Scope Inspection (BSI) on variants of GE engines on
Customer Aircraft. Boeing & Airbus variants.
Primarily CFM56 -3,-5 & -7 series embodied A/c (GE90 and CF6 Variants) these Inspections undertaken as
contractual agreement with clients. Full and partial BSI carried out to manufacturers work scopes within approval
of clients AMP’s. QEC carried out in Aero Engine Workshops. GE company training courses undertaken and
passed, list attached , suffix. All documentation and approvals held are of inter-active nature and available on
request. Engine Strip / Build, component replacement duties carried out to FAR 145 and CAA regulatory
authorisation within the GE Organisation, using inter-active publications and certification. Downloading of
trouble-shooting techniques practised and carried out in achieving satisfactory conclusions to maintenance and
servicing standards. H & S courses and Human Factors practised and utilised in daily use whilst carrying out
duties. General maintenance tasks carried out in an Aero-Engine deep strip facility using specialist equipment
generic to Engine type and series.
June 2008 to Sept 2008. WynnWith Aerospace Ltd Contract Technician
Contractual duties carried out in Airbus Industries, Toulouse, France. Structural fastener identification, rectification
and replacement on A380 series aircraft (16 A/c in all) on wing and fuselage positions as requested by British
Aerospace superintendents.
These tasks carried out using specialist equipment and recorded on documentation supplied by BAE Ltd, this was
a limited warranty claim On behalf of BAE Chester Quality Department on identifying a quality issue on certain
fasteners.
May 2008 to June 2008. KSN Support Ltd Contract Supervisor
Responsible for carrying out and overseeing, cabin / flight deck re-configuration, of B737-900 series A/c. Owner
XL Airways at maintenance base @ ATC Ltd. This task done, under CAA instruction , necessary to re-register
A/c from FAA spec to CAA spec/register. Customer On-Condition certification of all removed components
Approved by client.
Apr 2008 to May 2008. Serco Aviation Services Ltd Structural Supervisor.
Inspection and reporting of defects, during inputs of Deep Maintenance on Merlin Mk3 Rotary Wing A/c used for
MOD operations in Middle East. These duties are carried out in conjunction with Military and Civilian
Maintenance personnel. Defect rectification duties carried out using manuals & manufacturers tech publications.

Responsible for removal and refit of ailerons, elevators and rudder of B737 BBJ/ 800 series A/C pre input and
post re-spray. These flying controls subject to re-balancing IAW Manufacturers Maintenance manuals and
CMM’s / SRM’s.
Jan 2008 to Mar 2008. Storm Aviation Ltd Contract Airframe / Mechanic.
Responsible for removal and replacement of all flying control surfaces requiring balancing during re-livery of
A/c.
The bare metal inspection of A/c, also the final despatch of A/c to revenue flight. All carried out using
Manufacturers publications and documentation as required for client quality procedures. This operation carried
out at Bournemouth and Norwich Airports under approval of Air-Livery Ltd. These duties carried out on B737
500 & 800 A/c of Sterling Airways, Scandinavia.
Mar 2007 to Jan 2008. Condor Cargo Tech Ltd Frankfurt WG SMW/ENG Inspector
Routine maintenance on B757 and B767 A/c , on behalf of Lufthansa and Air Berlin. Responsible for Inspection
and documentation reporting I.A.W company procedures. All Inspection and defect rectification carried out to
Boeing standard operating publications. SRM, CMM, AD’s / SB’s carried out on applicable areas and A/c
Systems.

Boeing Military Division, Kansas & F.A.A. Programme undertaken for Italian Air Force. Section 45(centre wing
box) re-configured, using airframe structural components supplied by Boeing, all work carried out to
FAA/BOEING inspection tolerances(0.002"production). Joint venture for FAA approval, drawings were of a
production build A/C & adapted locally with approval of fit by Boeing/FAA. Boeing Manufacturers. Courses
taken as follows; BAC 5504, 5527, 5373, 5768, 5793, Health&Safety, Aircraft Protection Programme,
Boeing 767 Structural Mods, SB's ADD's etc . All Certificates held, courses undertaken in English & Italian
these courses carried out with ALENIA (Alitalia /Aeronavale) Instructors.

Repair and mods carried out IAW SRM and Modification documents. Technical recording on AMOS system. Aug2014 to Nov2014. Structural Technician Morson@GKN Yeovil Structures on A350 pylon fairings, and production assemblies. Titanium Fireshield fabrication and production All work carried out to Loft Drawing Std. Nov 2013 to Aug 2014 Structural Inspector Westair Airlines Supervision of ATP series A/c modification programme both in Coventry and Isle of Man. This programme involved modification to the wing torsion box areaof the lower belly on each A/c,post NDT Inspection for known area of cracking and corrosion. All work carried out to BAE Prestwick drawing office repair instructions and replacement parts supplied by same. 3 A/c embodied to Service Bulletin levels complied with and locally certified by West Air Quality Department. Crack repairs also carried out to each wing structure per A/c, these repairs carried out to BAE repair schemes. Dec 2012 to Nov 2013 Inspector Supervisor Airbus Industries Inspection duties on the A380 Wing Rib Adaptation programme. Inspection of the removal and replacement tasks undertaken, to enable the programme to progress to the first adaptation of Modification stage. SAP computer literate, drilling and countersinking of composites / metal, to Airbus Industries standards. Supervision of operator trained structural fitters, during ongoing modification embodying wing Rib adaptation. Airbus certification Stamp held for A380 wing structures. Certification held on Airbus Personal Achievement Record. Certification held locally UK and France for inspection duties on A380 Final Assembly Line in Toulouse. Level 3 wing tank Final clearance inspection duties to Clearance of Areas and closure level. System and structural Inspections pre and post wing Marry-up to Fuselage. Customer Inspection on-sight liason team member. Successfully completed and delivered A380 products, to various high profile airline customers from build to fully modified AD standard, wing rib adapted aircraft. Metal and composite structure inspection experience. Method 3 NDT certified and Ardrox Crack detection trained.

Structural modifications carried out to Airbus Military specifications. Standards achieved and maintained to Airbus Industry Inspection Levels. Security cleared to Military Aviation Level ie encryption etc. Mar 2012 to Aug 2012 Kings Aviation Ltd, Southend Airport Mechanical fitter Check duties and under-carriage overhaul on Learjet 500 aircraft on N register. Maintenance work carried out on a 1200 hour routine maintenance input. Inspection duties on aircraft flying controls, surfaces and associated components. Jan 2012 to Mar 2012 Inflite Engineering Ltd Structures Technician Routine maintenance duties & structural rectification on BAE 146, RJ100 A/c and Embraer 170/190 A/c. Wing fuel tank inspections and rectification tasks. Major rework on internal wing structures i.e. Blade fittings (Rib 0),bulkhead and stringer replacement, carried out IAW manufacturers repair and overhaul schemes.. Strip & inspect criteria carried out to manufacturers CMM’s & overhaul procedures. Embraer 170/190, A & C maintenance duties / rectification Major frame repairs carried out on RJ85 frame nos 7,15,41 and 48. Crack elimination carried out. Cold Bonded angles and repair schemes IAW BAE RDO design input fitted to all these frames. Partial frame 7 replacement carried out due to severe push back damage. These repairs also carried out IAW SRM manual. Sept 2011 to Dec 2011 British Airways Maintenance Group S.M.W. / Mechanic. Contract mechanic carrying out 6C maintenance checks on A319 series A/c of BA Fleet. Structural inspections incorporating Airbus SB's, defect rectification and routine maintenance tasks undertaken to BA/Airbus documentation and tech planner instructions. Mods carried out, to cabin areas and upper fuselage structure. MLS mod incorporated, all installations fitted using Airbus drawings. Seat track replacement carried out, Main Entry door sill replacement on 3 A/c. Contract completed. Nov 2010 to Sept 2011 Various Aircraft Repair Stations S.M.W. / Mechanic. UK based maintenance duties carried out at various locations in the South East of UK, A/c worked on BAE 146
  • 4. and RJ series A/c. Also B737 NG A/c. All work carried out using AMM's and CMM's approved maintenance procedures. Sept 2009 to Nov 2010. Dart AOG Ltd Fuel Tank Repairman Duties carried out on an AOG basis on behalf of major aviation clients such as Southern Air Transport, TNT Adria Airways etc. Aircraft worked on BAE 146, BAE RJ's,B737 NG and B747 freight A/c. Also Airbus 320 series A/c. Repairs to aircraft fuel tanks and fuel systems associated with the mentioned aircraft. Also major fuel modifications carried out using manufacturers Service Bulletins and modification instructions. These clients base in Europe and the Far East. Sept 2008 to Sept 2009. General Electric Aero Engines Support Technician (Europe) Duties involved were, carrying out On-Wing Boro - Scope Inspection (BSI) on variants of GE engines on Customer Aircraft. Boeing & Airbus variants. Primarily CFM56 -3,-5 & -7 series embodied A/c (GE90 and CF6 Variants) these Inspections undertaken as contractual agreement with clients. Full and partial BSI carried out to manufacturers work scopes within approval of clients AMP’s. QEC carried out in Aero Engine Workshops. GE company training courses undertaken and passed, list attached , suffix. All documentation and approvals held are of inter-active nature and available on request. Engine Strip / Build, component replacement duties carried out to FAR 145 and CAA regulatory authorisation within the GE Organisation, using inter-active publications and certification. Downloading of trouble-shooting techniques practised and carried out in achieving satisfactory conclusions to maintenance and servicing standards. H & S courses and Human Factors practised and utilised in daily use whilst carrying out duties. General maintenance tasks carried out in an Aero-Engine deep strip facility using specialist equipment generic to Engine type and series. June 2008 to Sept 2008. WynnWith Aerospace Ltd Contract Technician Contractual duties carried out in Airbus Industries, Toulouse, France. Structural fastener identification, rectification and replacement on A380 series aircraft (16 A/c in all) on wing and fuselage positions as requested by British Aerospace superintendents. These tasks carried out using specialist equipment and recorded on documentation supplied by BAE Ltd, this was a limited warranty claim On behalf of BAE Chester Quality Department on identifying a quality issue on certain fasteners. May 2008 to June 2008. KSN Support Ltd Contract Supervisor Responsible for carrying out and overseeing, cabin / flight deck re-configuration, of B737-900 series A/c. Owner XL Airways at maintenance base @ ATC Ltd. This task done, under CAA instruction , necessary to re-register A/c from FAA spec to CAA spec/register. Customer On-Condition certification of all removed components Approved by client. Apr 2008 to May 2008. Serco Aviation Services Ltd Structural Supervisor. Inspection and reporting of defects, during inputs of Deep Maintenance on Merlin Mk3 Rotary Wing A/c used for MOD operations in Middle East. These duties are carried out in conjunction with Military and Civilian Maintenance personnel. Defect rectification duties carried out using manuals & manufacturers tech publications. Trained in I.T. EHUDS, generic to U.K. military systems and associated documentation.

These flying controls subject to re-balancing IAW Manufacturers Maintenance manuals and CMM’s / SRM’s. Jan 2008 to Mar 2008. Storm Aviation Ltd Contract Airframe / Mechanic. Responsible for removal and replacement of all flying control surfaces requiring balancing during re-livery of A/c. The bare metal inspection of A/c, also the final despatch of A/c to revenue flight. All carried out using Manufacturers publications and documentation as required for client quality procedures. This operation carried out at Bournemouth and Norwich Airports under approval of Air-Livery Ltd. These duties carried out on B737 500 & 800 A/c of Sterling Airways, Scandinavia. Mar 2007 to Jan 2008. Condor Cargo Tech Ltd Frankfurt WG SMW/ENG Inspector Routine maintenance on B757 and B767 A/c , on behalf of Lufthansa and Air Berlin. Responsible for Inspection and documentation reporting I.A.W company procedures. All Inspection and defect rectification carried out to Boeing standard operating publications. SRM, CMM, AD’s / SB’s carried out on applicable areas and A/c Systems. Apr 2006 toMar 2007. Inflite Engineering Ltd Stansted Contract Structural Engineer Routine maintenance duties & structural rectification on Bae 146, RJ100 series a/c Stress & design inspection / reports on Vickers VC10, Nimrod & Canberra a/c. System component. Strip & inspect criteria carried out to manufacturers CMM’s & overhaul procedures. All details recorded on Excel / word systems Embraer 145 check maintenance duties / rectification Aug 2005 to Apr 2006. Heavylift Tech Services Worldwide Ltd, Aeronavale, Naples, Italy. Contract Engineer. Structural Engineer on B767-200 Series A/C, Conversion of Prototype Total Tanker Configuration on behalf of Boeing Military Division, Kansas & F.A.A. Programme undertaken for Italian Air Force. Section 45(centre wing box) re-configured, using airframe structural components supplied by Boeing, all work carried out to FAA/BOEING inspection tolerances(0.002"production). Joint venture for FAA approval, drawings were of a production build A/C & adapted locally with approval of fit by Boeing/FAA. Boeing Manufacturers. Courses taken as follows; BAC 5504, 5527, 5373, 5768, 5793, Health&Safety, Aircraft Protection Programme, Boeing 767 Structural Mods, SB's ADD's etc . All Certificates held, courses undertaken in English & Italian these courses carried out with ALENIA (Alitalia /Aeronavale) Instructors. Jan 2005 to Aug 2005.
