regularly praised for its commitment,
output and logistical operation.
12 - 13 OCT 2016 EXCEL LONDON
We had quality enquiries from
genuinely interested visitors on both
days. In the last 20 years, I have done
47 trade exhibitions in six countries.
None have been anything like as good
for business as Flood Expo.
“
”Richard Balfry,
Commercial Director, TMS Maritime
…a lot of local authorities, a lot
of engineers, Environment Agency staff,
product manufacturers - everybody is
here. Everybody that is anybody in the
world of flooding is here…
“
”Mary Dhonau, Community Flood Consultants
I think the show has been
fantastic, I’ve already booked for next
year. I think it’s going to grow year on
year because this problem isn’t going to
go away…

5. VISITOR MARKETING PLAN
When it comes to attracting visitors to the Contamination Expo Series, no stone will be left unturned. The PRYSM marketing team are very experienced
when it comes to marketing trade exhibitions to draw attendees, and will not only use every channel available but will also consult the world’s most
influential and respected marketing figures on the conceptualisation of the event.
SMART EXHIBITING
Smart Exhibiting is a new department at PRYSM with the
specific purpose of assisting exhibitors with a wealth of account
management services to ensure they reach their ROI and ROO
targets.
Their dedicated team will provide exhibitor training, assist with
social media amplification, work with exhibitors in choosing
their dream stand, and help develop a sales strategy that
ensures all exhibitors’ objectives are reached at the event.
PARTNERS
We will be working with numerous partners to reach out
to their audiences from industry magazines and popular
websites to directory owners, social media group owners,
key influencers, and networking groups. No stone will be left
unturned when it comes to reaching out to this audience.
OUR DATA
We have a database of more than 15,000 contamination
professionals that we will be targeting with emails, social
media, and printed collateral. These are visitors that have
attended previous events that we have run and thus are
already receptive to attending trade events in London.
ONLINE ADVERTISING
A significant budget will be utilised for online targeting and
retargeting. Our PPC experts will be tasked with targeting
relevant visitors through online advertising to entice them to
register for the event.
CONTENT MARKETING
We will be working with experts and partners to ensure blogs,
vlogs, thought pieces, podcasts, white papers, and more will hit
the relevant contamination sectors to seek out content hungry
targeted attendees.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Our social media team are working hard to launch and
aggressively grow LinkedIn and Twitter followings that will
attract and engage a large following (other events like The
Business Show have more than 20k engaged followers and
trended during the last two events).
We are also working with a number of key social media
influencers and group owners (like Nicky Kriel on Twitter
and the likes of the ‘UK Marketing Network’ on LinkedIn) to
accelerate our social media growth with the target audience.
PR
We will be working closely with our PR agency to create a buzz
and noise around the event across the industry press and
further field.
CPD POINTS
Chartered professionals will be able to gain CPD points at the
event - which is a natural draw for chartered professionals.
Our membership of the CPD provider means that they will be
able to assess our seminar content and attribute points to the
visitors.
DELEGATE AQUISITION TEAM
Our top 10% of visitors will be personally targeted by our
delegate VIP team who will identify the top visitors and invite
them personally to attend. This will be done with phone calls,
emails, and LinkedIn, and a relationship will be nurtured to
ensure the visitor is not only aware of the event but is helped
all the way through - whether that’s assistance with travel to
the venue or picking out relevant exhibitors and seminars to
their specific needs. This team will be on hand for exhibitors to
make use of, too.
